BREAKING NEWS: A tree has fallen at the corner of Pauls Road & State Highway 4, cutting power to parts of Whanganui East, and blocking the road into town. Photo News has received multiple reports of stuck drivers taking this as a sign they should never have come back to Whanganui, and frustrated tourists who drove past the Whanganui sign and breathed a sigh of relief thinking the road was finally over, only to have the grueling journey extended by another 30-60 mins.

Will literally need to write a novel to make a comprehensive list of people to thank & all the stories from 2024. So until then would just like to say a quick thank you to the Whanganui community and to my friends & whānau for the overwhelming support and encouragement this year.
