Amelie is the founder of a social enterprise called ball.drobe, which has the goal of helping young women in Whangarei afford school ball dresses. Ball.drobe is a non-profit organisation designed to make school ball’s more affordable and accessible for young women. The cost is of the gown is $60.00 which covers the laundering of the gown after use. Amelie has 200 ball dresses and a number of accessories and is looking for someone to help her with a free suitable location where she can store the dresses and where they can accessed and be tried on, this is for an initial period from May through to September, usually on the weekends and would ideally be centrally located. This is a good social initiative by a young person in her own time helping others. If you can help her out please email me or the following page
