Iced Strawberry Matcha | ΩΨ±Ψ§ΩΩΨ© Ω

A refreshing layered drink made with sweet
strawberry syrup, creamy milk, and smooth
matcha β fruity, earthy, and perfectly balanced.
Ingredients:
β’ Ice: 5β6 cubes (Ψ«ΩΨ¬)
β’ Strawberry syrup: 25 ml (ΩΨ±Ψ§ΩΩΨ©)
β’ Cold milk: 150β180 ml
β’ Matcha powder: 2 g
β’ Hot water: 30 ml (70β75Β°C)
Steps:
1οΈβ£ Add strawberry syrup (25 ml) into the bottom of the glass
2οΈβ£ Fill the glass with 5β6 ice cubes (Ψ«ΩΨ¬)
3οΈβ£ Pour cold milk (150β180 ml) over the ice
4οΈβ£ In a separate cup, add matcha powder (2 g)
5οΈβ£ Pour hot water (30 ml at 70β75Β°C) over the matcha
6οΈβ£ Whisk well until smooth and slightly foamy
7οΈβ£ Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to create beautiful layers
8οΈβ£ Stir before drinking and enjoy your refreshing iced strawberry matcha ππ΅π§
