Iced Strawberry Matcha | ΩΨ±Ψ§ΩˆΩ„Ψ© Ω…Ψ§ΨͺΨ΄Ψ§ Ω…Ψ«Ω„Ψ¬ πŸ“πŸ΅πŸ§Š

A refreshing layered drink made with sweet
strawberry syrup, creamy milk, and smooth
matcha β€” fruity, earthy, and perfectly balanced.

Ingredients:
β€’ Ice: 5–6 cubes (Ψ«Ω„Ψ¬)
β€’ Strawberry syrup: 25 ml (ΩΨ±Ψ§ΩˆΩ„Ψ©)
β€’ Cold milk: 150–180 ml
β€’ Matcha powder: 2 g
β€’ Hot water: 30 ml (70–75Β°C)

Steps:
1️⃣ Add strawberry syrup (25 ml) into the bottom of the glass

2️⃣ Fill the glass with 5–6 ice cubes (Ψ«Ω„Ψ¬)

3️⃣ Pour cold milk (150–180 ml) over the ice

4️⃣ In a separate cup, add matcha powder (2 g)

5️⃣ Pour hot water (30 ml at 70–75Β°C) over the matcha

6️⃣ Whisk well until smooth and slightly foamy

7️⃣ Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to create beautiful layers
