Easy & Tasty Lunch | soft NAAN on pan , Masala bhindi | Day 4/10 Daily Vlog
(Recipe NAAN)
• 1/2 cup + 4 tbsp lukewarm water
• 1/2 tsp yeast
• 1/3 tsp sugar → mix & leave till foamy

After 10 min add:
• 1/3 cup lukewarm milk
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1/8 tsp baking soda

Then:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• Knead into soft dough
• Rest 1–1.5 hours
• Make balls → rest 10 min
• Roll & cook on hot pan
