Oman Fiber Optic was pleased to hold a meaningful and engaging Town Hall, bringing together our leadership team and employees in an open and interactive session.

We were honored by the presence of our Chairman, Mr. Ghassan, whose support and opening remarks added great value to the gathering. The session was also an important opportunity to welcome our new CEO, Mr. Rufus Andrew, and to strengthen communication, alignment, and collaboration across OFO.

A key highlight of the Town Hall was the interactive brainstorming activity, where employees shared their thoughts, concerns, and ideas on how we can continue improving, growing, and working together as one team.

Oman Fiber Optic welcomes Mr. Rufus Andrew as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Rufus brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the ICT sector, including telecommunications, information technology, and broadcasting. Throughout his career, he has built strong expertise in engineering, project management, regulatory affairs, business development, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

His extensive international experience and strategic leadership will play an important role in driving OFO’s continued growth, innovation, and business transformation.

This appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for Oman Fiber Optic as we continue strengthening our position in the telecommunications and fiber optic industry, while contributing to the Sultanate’s digital transformation journey.
