back to the 90s, when a young Flo immersed himself in the European rave movement—from Zurich’s Street Parade to underground warehouse parties. Within those raw, electrifying spaces, the spirit of SLIMFLO was born. In 2013, he relocated to Panama, where he began shaping the local scene through his own event concepts and collaborations with key cultural innovators. His distinctive sound and magnetic presence soon led him to international stages, earning residencies with Radio Venao, Reactor Venao, and Crossroads Panama, while performing at leading festivals and events across the region. SLIMFLO has shared the stage with globally renowned artists such as Ali Farahani, Amine K, Animal Trainer, Arodes, Carl Craig, Chambord, Echonomist, Lee Burridge, Jamiie, Keene, Khen, Lee Foss, Magdalena, M.A.N.D.Y., Marques Wyatt, Mita Gami, Roy Rosenfeld, Sahar Z, Vanjee, among many others.
2025 marked a milestone year, with acclaimed releases on Beatfreak Recordings and Hive Audio, setting the tone for a powerful new chapter. In 2026, SLIMFLO reached new heights with multiple Beatport chart successes, including a #1 release with Pinnacle on Cafe de Anatolia and a #2 release with Severance on MIR Music. That same year, he launched TERRA MUTA—an ambitious audiovisual project unfolding across four releases. SLIMFLO takes a decisive step forward with the launch of his own label, We Don’t Speak—a sonic architecture platform dedicated to curating experiences that transcend language. Through the exploration of rhythm and negative space, it connects a global community that favors sensory communication over words. Because when music reaches a certain depth, language becomes unnecessary.
