Presentación Institucional de la Madrina del Segundo Congreso Mundial
“Historias que Sanan” – Federación Mundial de las Artes,la Literatura,la Paz y la Cultura. Sede EUA
En el marco del Segundo Congreso Mundial de la Federación Mundial de las Artes, la Literatura, la Paz y la Cultura (FEMALPC), bajo el lema Historias que Sanan, se honra con profunda solemnidad a la madrina institucional del evento, la destacada escritora y poeta Elsa Patterer, figura de sensibilidad universal, memoria viva y compromiso con la palabra que transforma.
Elsa Patterer, reconocida por su obra poética y su participación activa en espacios de sanación narrativa, representa el espíritu de este congreso: la palabra como puente, la historia como medicina, la cultura como acto de paz. Su presencia simbólica respalda los Premios Mundiales entregados en vida a líderes que han consagrado su existencia al arte, la literatura y la cultura.
En consonancia con los principios éticos de FEMALPC, que promueven el reconocimiento en vida, la figura de la madrina no es decorativa, sino institucionalmente legitimadora: acompaña, bendice y proyecta el sentido profundo del congreso y sus homenajes.
Su mensaje audiovisual será compartido como acto de cierre simbólico y respaldo ético a esta jornada de memoria, dignidad y alianza cultural.

Institutional Presentation of the Madrina of the Second World Congress
“Stories That Heal” – FEMALPC
Within the solemn framework of the Second World Congress of the World Federation of Arts, Literature, Peace, and Culture (FEMALPC), under the theme Stories That Heal, we honor the distinguished poet and writer Elsa Patterer as the institutional MADRINA of the event a figure of universal sensitivity, living memory, and unwavering commitment to the healing power of words.
Elsa Patterer, recognized for her poetic work and her active participation in narrative healing spaces, embodies the spirit of this congress: storytelling as a bridge, literature as medicine, and culture as an act of peace. Her symbolic presence lends ethical and cultural legitimacy to the World Awards granted in life to leaders who have devoted their existence to art, literature, and human dignity.
In accordance with FEMALPC’s guiding principle of recognizing individuals in life, the role of the madrina is not ceremonial it is institutionally legitimizing. She accompanies, blesses, and projects the deeper meaning of the congress and its tributes.
Her audiovisual message will be shared as a symbolic closing act and ethical endorsement of this global gathering of memory, dignity, and cultural alliance.
