This compilation expresses our solidarity with the ongoing civil movement that has risen in protest in Peru. Far from the official and media narratives, we consider this a popular and massive movement articulated around a just claim, which demands to be addressed.
Likewise, we express our rejection towards the current government, presided by Dina Boluarte, for incurring in the systematic and explicit violation of human rights, towards the official communiqués and messages to the nation, which have intentionally disrespected the truth of the facts, and the respect for the victims and their relatives; towards the media, for the bias and alignment of their coverage; towards the barbarity of "terruqueo", racism and classism, expressed in public and in private; towards the embassies of Canada and the United States, for holding a meeting with MINEM, to discuss mining development prospectives, days after in Puno (which "is not Peru", but its largest producer of gold, zinc and lead , and his second in tin, silver and copper) nineteen people lost their lives.
All funds raised from this compilation will be donated to the organizations Ruray Colectiva Feminista and Coalición Activista, whose support is directed to the purchase of food and security equipment for the demonstrators, and first aid brigades that accompany the marches, as well as, directly, to the injured and detained, in need of medical attention or legal support.

The Otari Native Community, located in the Populated Center of Puerto Mayo, Pichari district, in the Cusco province of La Convención, one of the most important localities in the area of the Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro River Valley (Vraem).

From their earliest years, the Ashaninkas are instructed by their parents and the older adults in their communities to appreciate and learn the ancestral knowledge of their people, in order to pass it on to new generations over the years. In this way, the spirit and identity of his lineage is always kept alive. They maintain their customs, their dialect, and routine.

"The native communities that I visited; they seem very comfortable with the technology that the state offers them, although it is true that it gives them a better quality of life, but it gradually disconnects them little by little from their ancestry"

These recordings are intended to serve as a time capsule for our brothers from the future.
