“I wasn’t trying to change my life… but it happened anyway”
I wasn’t trying to lose 10 kilos.
I just wanted to feel like myself again.
Less tired. Less bloated. More… alive.
Then I came across something called Keto Spark in a wellness group.
I didn’t expect much — just decided to try it while keeping my usual routine.

Within a few days, my energy came back.
My jeans started fitting differently.
