La justicia declaró fundada una demanda contra América Televisión, ProTV e I & E Rommy Corp. por la emisión de un desfile en el programa “Emprendedor Ponte Las Pilas”, en el que participaron cinco niñas de entre 6 y 12 años utilizando prendas íntimas.

Según la resolución, la emisión vulneró derechos relacionados con la integridad moral y psíquica, así como el libre desarrollo de las menores.

💥 Las empresas fueron declaradas responsables solidarias, recibieron una multa de 10 URP y, además, el juzgado ordenó impedir la reproducción o retransmisión de las imágenes tanto en televisión como en plataformas digitales.

❌ Pero eso no fue todo: el juzgado también rechazó los argumentos presentados por las empresas durante el proceso.
