In schools, workplaces, and communities, integrity encourages fairness, respect, and accountability, and creating an environment where people can work together peacefully and effectively. It also shapes a person’s character and reputation, since individuals who act with integrity are often admired and respected by others. It also helps people make ethical decisions and contributes meaningfully to the society. Furthermore, integrity is something similar like a salt, when you damaged it you can't fixed it. It is damaged for good, so always protect you integrity.
