Paias Wingti is declared the Governor for Western Highlands.

Governor Wingti was decalred after 19th Exclusion.

Wingti polled 148, 428 votes
Wai Rapa was the runner up with 111, 943

Prof John Nonggor was eleminated with 79, 559

The count out of Hagen is very slow. We're trying our best to update with what we get. We hope to update fully tomorrow. In the meantime, William Duma has said to be declared with 28 boxes still left. It is uncertain if he has reached absolute majority. Again, we are waiting for official declaration to verify.
