PRK Mendi Muruks have officially been declared winners of their Digicel ExxonMobil Cup Round 14 match against Asila Waghi Tumbe after the PNG National Rugby League Competition (PNGNRLC) completed its investigation into the abandoned fixture at Jonah Ambane Oval, Minj.

The match on Saturday, 18 July, was called off approximately three minutes before fulltime after a section of the crowd threw objects onto the field, creating safety concerns and making it impossible for play to continue.

PNGNRLC confirmed that “the decision made to end the game with three minutes remaining was the correct one.”

PNGNRLC Chief Operating Officer Tony Archer said safety remained the competition’s highest priority.

“The safety of players, officials, staff and spectators must always come first. This type of behaviour is unacceptable and deeply disappointing,” Archer said.

He added that the incident should not overshadow the progress being made across the competition.

“The actions of a few should not be seen as a reflection of the sport, the clubs or the many supporters who attend matches in the right spirit.”

Following the investigation, PNGNRLC declared PRK Mendi Muruks the winners of the match, fined Asila Waghi Tumbe K20,000 for failing to provide adequate security as the hosting club, and suspended all remaining 2026 national competition matches at Jonah Ambane Oval.

“The PNGNRLC will continue to take firm action where conduct compromises the integrity of the competition,” Archer said.

I am who I am in Christ Jesus.

People can tok and criticize their ways of preaching but this is how they preech in the public place in Market corner or in the middle of the crowds.

They don't preech to get money or telling people to go to that church or follow that pastor, they preech Christ word and the gospel of Jesus Christ

Thire hearts is to save the Lost souls and bring those people that are not in thire lane to come to the place to understand who they are in Christ Jesus.

People judge them and say negative words over them but you don't know how they pray and seek God in their secret place, they have thire testimonies with them where ever they went to preech the gospel of Jesus Christ to tell people about the testimony of how they mat Christ and how they change their old ways and to follow JESUS Christ.

Church will tok against them.
People will tok against them.
Belivers will tok against them.
Workers will tok against them.

Some will say "Ol Painim Money yah"
Some will say "Painim Plas Blo Toktok Orrrr"

Instead of Embracing them and give them a container of water but some ignore them.

Instead of asking them about thire heart of preaching the word of the Lord in the street.

Instead of saying something good to them.

Instead of pray for them.

We all have our background of our religion and our ways of preaching the word but you don't know how God use them to preech.
How they save Souls.
How they pray for sick people.
How they heal people.

How they journey thire life for the sake of the gospel.

In 2007, at Momea Oval in Mendi, SHP, Governor Anderson Agiru was interrupted by loud protests from some SHP supporters during his speech. He calmly urged the crowd to settle down, then said, "I'm focused on serving my people of SHP. If I split Hela from SHP, I will not tow Agiru Centre to Tari. I'll wash my hands and leave – the Agiru Centre will be overgrown with moss, and Mendi will become a ghost town." Then he left the stage. I'm not ashamed to share because my story might save a sister out there👐.
It all started when i saw him in a Facebook group. I checked his profile picture, he drives a Toyota 5-door and he is handsome🤑. He inboxed me, I replied, all excited🥰🥳.
