October 25 is The World Pasta Day!

And for my entry, I made this super yummy Cheese Penne Pasta Bake using Arrabbiata Sauce and Penne Pasta
perfect for the up coming Holiday Season!

Ingredients:
500g Barilla Penne Rigate
1 Jar Barilla Arrabbiata Sauce
350g Italian Sausage, removed from casing
2 garlic cloves
mushrooms
rosemary
3 cups spinach
fresh ricotta
80g Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)
50ml olive oil
Rock salt for pasta water (7g of rock salt per litre of water)
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup pasta water
