📣📣📣 LOOK: The Office of the Regional Director, Department of Education – Region VI (Western Visayas), has officially issued Government Permit No. 044, s. 2025 to Rizal J. Rodriguez Sr. National High School, authorizing the school to offer an additional strand under the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Track starting School Year 2025–2026.

Project Completion Update | CCRAFSA 2025 Milestone

We are proud and overjoyed to announce the successful completion of the CCRAFSA 2025 major project—a remarkable endeavor that has truly transformed the face of our school. The project includes the provision of a stainless steel gate, concreting of entrance pathways, and the overall improvement of the entire entrance gate structure of Rizal J. Rodriguez Sr. National High School.

This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our stakeholders and alumni, whose shared vision, dedication, and generosity continue to bring meaningful changes to our beloved school.

We give our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Lhon Remetio, the former CCRAFSA President, whose leadership initiated this noble project, and to Mrs. Haydee Panado , the current CCRAFSA President, who ensured its continuity and successful completion. Your efforts, commitment, and love for our school community have truly left a lasting mark.

A love that truly goes above and beyond!

Our deepest gratitude to Hon. Rizal G. Rodriguez Jr., for his unwavering support, generosity, and enduring love for Rizal J. Rodriguez Sr. National High School. Through his efforts, our school has received two units of heavy-duty copier machines—a Risograph Digital Duplicator Machine and a Develop Ineo 205i Copier—which will be officially entered into the school's inventory and book of accounts.

These machines will play a vital role in the reproduction of learning materials for our students, ensuring that quality education remains accessible and efficient.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Provincial Government of Aklan, through the Office of Provincial Governor Jose Enrique M. Miraflores, for the financial grant that made this possible.

Indeed, this is a great way to start the school year—filled with hope, support, and a shared commitment to learning!

RJRNHS Holds First Flag Raising Ceremony to Mark the Opening of School Year 2025–2026
Cabugao, Batan, Aklan — June 16, 2025

Rizal J. Rodriguez Sr. National High School (RJRNHS) officially welcomed its students back for School Year 2025–2026 with a solemn flag raising ceremony on June 16, 2025. The event marked the formal opening of classes and was led by the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Outfit 424, with full attendance from the school’s teaching and non-teaching personnel.

The ceremony served as a symbol of unity and readiness as the school community embarked on another year of learning. Mr. Alrey S. Patricio, School Principal I, expressed his gratitude to all who contributed to the preparations leading up to the first day of classes, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and dedication.

In the weeks prior to the opening, intensive preparations were conducted to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment. Teachers, student volunteers, and stakeholders actively participated in the Brigada Eskwela 2025, showcasing the spirit of bayanihan. The BSP Outfit 424, alongside the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and MAPEH Club Officers, played a key role in setting up decorations and displays to brighten the school grounds.

These collective efforts helped create a lively and conducive atmosphere for learning, reinforcing the school's commitment to quality education and student welfare.

As of today, RJRNHS has recorded 328 enrolled students, and the school remains open for Balik Aral enrollees. The administration continues to encourage parents and guardians to enroll their children and become part of the growing RJRNHS family.

With a strong start and a united community, Rizal J. Rodriguez Sr. National High School looks forward to a productive and meaningful school year ahead.
