LOOK | The Alabel delegation paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Lilibeth "Ybing" J. Salarda, MPA on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at the Mayor’s Office in preparation for their participation in the 2026 Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur, CARAGA Region, scheduled from May 24 to June 1, 2026.

The delegation is composed of 16 athletes and 5 coaches representing Alabel in various sporting events, namely:

Patron of Farmers, Beacon of Families: Viva San Isidro Labrador!

LOOK | Mayor Lilibeth “Ybing” J. Salarda, MPA, together with Municipal Administrator Vic Paul “Nonoy” M. Salarda, MPA, joined the Catholic faithful of Alabel in celebrating the 38th Parochial Fiesta of San Isidro Labrador Parish on May 15, 2026. The local officials participated in the first Holy Mass presided over by Parish Vicar Rev. Fr. Raul Vale as part of the joyful celebration honoring San Isidro Labrador, the patron saint of farmers. This year’s fiesta carries the theme, “San Isidro Labrador: Salamin sa Kalinaw ug Gugma Diha sa Pamilya.”(ALABEL INFORMATION OFFICE)

LOOK | The Local Government Unit of Alabel conducted its regular Flag Lowering Ceremony on Thursday, May 14, 2026. As the workweek came to a close, Mayor Lilibeth "Ybing" J. Salarda, MPA reminded municipal employees to always uphold integrity, remain law-abiding citizens, and continue serving the people of Alabel with honesty, dedication, and compassion.
