In addition to Batch 25โs awards, they won as champions during the AlSci-Yawan competition, followed by Batch 26 in second place and Batch 27 in third place.
As for the bench yell competition, Batch 27 was dubbed as the winner, followed by Batch 28, and Batches 29 and 27.
During the AlSci Superstars, the youngest batch, Batch 30, won as champions, Batch 27 as second place, and Batch 25 as third place.
Additionally, Batch 25 won first place, Batch 26 won second place, and Batch 27 won third place for the digital tagline and poster-making competition as well as the photo essay competition.
Furthermore, Batch 25 snatched another award, winning the promotional video competition, with Batch 27 in second place and Batches 30 and 26 in third place.
Moreover, Batch 27 was hailed as champions, then Batch 26 took the latter place, and Batch 28 got the third place for the AlSci Quiz.
With these, Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) President Diane Kristina Manlapig thanked the students for being able to prepare despite the short amount of time and had seen each and every oneโs effort in performing.
โI would like to grab this opportunity to thank them all sa paghanda para sa event, despite sa short time na inilaan for them. I am proud to say na magaganda ang performances ng bawat grade level, at talagang nag-effort sila sa pag-present noon,โ Manlapig emphasized.
Also, Nathania Quijano, an alumna of AlSci and a graduate of AB Psychology at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University, shared to AlSci students during her speech that real learning is from experiences.
โWhenever we got second place, I was already learning, and I was already growing, and I was becomingโthat is real experience and real learning is. Not through perfect grades, or through awards, but through real experience,โ Quijano stressed.
At the end of the battle for triumph, the essence of AlSciโs founding anniversary was not solely about competing against each other and representing oneโs batch; rather, it was about honoring the legacy, as well as the excellence of the school in producing prepared and internationally competitive students.
