Just finished updating my daily journal entry / weekly spread and now diving into Prompt #5 Cultivate Gratitude.

DYK regularly writing down things you are grateful / thankful for can lead to increased mindfulness and a more optimistic outlook on life.

So, make sure to take a few moments to sit down and jot down things you're grateful for. It won't take long -- just 5 to 10 minutes will suffice.

Tapos na ang January! What a year that was. Charooot..

At dahil February na, madami na namang Valentine's posts na magpapakalat-kalat sa newsfeed natin 😁

A little reminder though, bago maghanap ng dyowa, make sure na minamahal mo na ang sarili mo. Also applicable sa mga may other half na. Make sure magtira para sa sarili. Always remember that you cannot pour from an empty cup. So don't forget to fill your cup para hindi ka maubos. Huh! Ang serious!!! 😅

Anyway, so this Feb, I'm doing this one-liner challenge. Will write down what made me happy, or what I'm grateful for, or what I did to fill my cup for that particular day.

Tara sabayan nyo ako, at sabay-sabay nating mahalin ang sarili natin ♥️♥️
