The orientation aims to welcome both new and returning students, introduce faculty members, and familiarize everyone with school policies and the lined-up activities for this academic year.

The Teacher Education Department of Altavas College held its 2025 Pinning Ceremony on August 26 at the Julio G. Refol Sr. Memorial and Cultural Sports Complex, marking a significant milestone for its future educators.

The program featured an inspiring message from the guest speaker and the symbolic pinning of candidates, signifying their readiness to begin practice teaching.

With the theme "Pre-Service Teachers of AC Embarking and Fostering Real-World Lifelong Learning towards the Development of Global Competencies,” the event highlighted the commitment of AC’s pre-service teachers to uphold the values of lifelong learning, global competence, and service to the community.

The Teacher Education Department of Altavas College is set to hold its Pinning Ceremony on August 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the Julio G. Refol Sr. Memorial and Cultural Sports Complex.

With the theme, “Pre-Service Teachers of AC Embarking and Fostering Real-World Lifelong Learning towards the Development of Global Competencies,” the ceremony serves as an important step for education students as they begin their practice teaching.

Teachers, school officials, and parents are expected to attend and show their support.
