IMPEACHMENT TRIAL TO PROCEED ON MONDAY?
Original rule: 16 votes needed (2/3 of 24 senators)
Now: They will vote on whether to count only the active members.
Supreme Court petitions have been filed, but no TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) has been issued yet—so the Senate will proceed on September 28.
What do you think? Should it still require 16 votes, or just the votes of those present?
