Leftover Lechon
4 cups Lechon sauce/ or 1 big bottle of Sarsa ni
MangTomas
2 Red onions
1 bulb Garlic
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Brown sugar
Peppercorns
4 pcs Bay leaves
2 pcs Siling haba
1 cup of water
1 tsp Powdered seasoning
Salt to taste
Adjust all the ingredients to your liking

Ingredients:
1 kilo ox tripe
2 cups malagkit (glutinous rice)
1/2 cup regular rice
1 tsp yellow food coloring
Ginger Onion Garlic
Fish sauce
8 cups water (add more ifneeded
3-4 Lemon grass stalks
Kasuba flowers (saffron)
1 tsp ground black pepper
Oil for sautéing
Garnish:
Green onions
Chili crisp garlic
Hard boiled egg
Fried garlic
Adjust all the ingredients to your liking.
