As the cool breeze of the holidays arrive, the church bells ring, and joy floods every street we are once again reminded what time of the year it is: A time full of rushing to buy gifts, getting your fill of Christmas food, meeting relatives, etc. We should take the time to let ourselves relax and realize within us all the true joy in Christmas.

So, for just this one night, let go of your worries. It doesn't matter whether you go out or stay in, have a massive feast and give out extravagant gifts or not, what matters is spending this special day with equally special people, the people who matter the most to you. Christmas began with the gift of Jesus to us, and in the same spirit, the presence of our friends and family is a gift worth cherishing too. After all, Christmas isn't just about present likes phones, toys, or moneyโ€”it's just as much about sharing warmth, laughter, and genuine moment together. With that, we wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!

On December 13, 2025, members of various student organizations of Chevalier School, Inc. gathered at Sitio Target, Sapangbato, Angeles City, Pampanga to carry out their annual community outreach programโ€”embracing the unmatched warmth of the Filipino Christmas. The initiative was brought to life through the combined efforts of the Campus Ministry Office, the Religious Council, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government, The Clarion, and the English Theatrical Club.

More than just a simple outreach, the program offered students a rare opportunity to immerse themselves in the lives of the community members they were assigned. Through shared meals, meaningful conversations, and moments of genuine connection, volunteers offered their time and presenceโ€”fostering empathy, understanding, and solidarity. The experience served as a reminder that the true essence of Christmas lies not in material gifts, but in compassion and shared humanity, a value deeply rooted in Filipino culture. Indeed, it reflects a tradition of giving that continues beyond the holidaysโ€”a warmth felt not in what we receive, but in what we give back to others.

Chevalier School, Inc. community gathered on December 19 to celebrate its Christmas party, filling the campus with laughter, music, and festive cheer.

Each class showcased its creativity through fun gimmicks, exciting games, and treats. The event was a reminder that real gifts arenโ€™t wrapped with ribbons, they are the people you hold most dear.

As the Christmas break begins, may this season be a time to pause, and relax. Spend meaningful moments with family and friends, reflect on the lessons and achievements of the year, and recharge for the journey ahead.

The spirit of Christmas made its way to the Chevalier School, Inc. (CS) stage as the students perfectly represented the warmth of the holiday season. The most awaited awarding ceremony was held after the event as they honored the outstanding performances of the students.

From the first note to the final bow, the Himig Sayawitan 2025 filled the campus with rhythm, music, and creativity as the Grade 10, 11, and 12 students showcased their talents through a dance and song competition at the Fr. Henry Groenewegen Gymnasium.

The students captured the true essence of the Christmas season with each performance as the stage came alive with stories worth remembering, expressive vocals, and energetic choreography.

Adding to the joy, lucky audience members also brought home exciting prizes from the raffle draw, making the event much more memorable.

Lights on, steps in sync, and voices loudโ€”the Himig Sayawitan 2025 was truly an event to remember.

Chevalier School, Inc. joined the Bรกlitaktรกkang Kapampรกngan, a High School Kapampangan Debate, on December 4โ€“5, 2025, at Newpoint Mall, organized by the Sรญnรบpan Singsing: Center for Kapampรกngan Cultural Heritage.

The school was represented by Isidore Borja and Cheissie De Jesus from Grade 10 โ€“ Celeste, Riel Maghinang from Grade 10 โ€“ Magugat, and Kurt Reyes from Grade 12 โ€“ Kerckhoven. The team finished in 1st runner-up, while Pasig National High School from Candaba was declared the champion of the Bรกlitaktรกkang Kapampรกngan.

Borja was also recognized as Supling ning Amรกnung Sรญsuan (Best Kapampangan Speaker).

The Caballeros were trained by their head coach Mr. Christian Joseph L. Pineda and assistant coach Ms. Jelyn G. David. They won the first round of the championship match, earning a final score of 89.8, with the winner scoring 90.00.

This participation highlighted the studentsโ€™ skills in Kapampangan language and culture.

The Religious Council of Chevalier School, Inc. conducted a Bible Quiz Bee for Grades 7, 8, and 9 on December 4, 2025, at the Fr. Henry Groenewegen Gymnasium.

The activity aims to strengthen Christian values among the younger generation.
