Since nung bata ako, I have always had this gigantic desire to graduate from a prestigious university. π§βπ
β
I bet ganto din naramadaman mo nuon na need talaga naten ng degree, diploma, para magawa naten maging valuable para sa mga companies at di tayo mahirapan makahanap ng trabaho.
β
Pero while thereβs a massive benefit for us to be educated (informal or formal)
β
For over the last seven years . . .
β
I have proven sa sarili ko and with many other people . . .
β
Na having a degree isnβt always the guarantee to provide you the opportunity you want to have for yourself. β(except for the professions like medicine)
β
The main reason bakit ko to nasabe is that, Iβm a 25 years old man, undergraduate of 3 courses, and yet I could land jobs I have always wanted para sa sarili ko.
β
β¨ I became an executive assistant ng may ari ng company
β¨ I built and operated a massive department of a multi-million company here in the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Macau
β¨ I have worked in L&D Department.
β¨ I become an Marketing Manager
β¨ And slowly, I am getting closer and closer to building the business I have always wanted.
β
Now, donβt get me wrong. I still have flaws.
β
ang dami kong job hop sa resume ko. π€£
β
Pero one thing I can credit as to how I have reached these heights is that I aim to be an asset. β
I know itβs easier to say it than do it.
β
Pero is your desired salary not worth it para gawin mo what you can?
β
Is your vision for yourself not that big for you to always resolve to procrastinate about what you can do now?
β
So, pano mo magrow career mo? Pano mo ma reach yung promotion na gusto mo? Pano mo mareach yung salary na need mo?
β
Simple lang. Be an asset, not a liability.
