ACNTS community was urgently evacuated from the school premises earlier today following a reported bomb scare.

Dr. Elmer S. Dayrit, school principal, immediately ordered the evacuation to ensure the safety of all students, teachers, and personnel. Authorities promptly conducted a thorough inspection of the school premises to secure the area and verify the authenticity of the threat.

Angeles City Schools Division Superindentent, Engr. Edgard Domingo also responded to the incident, closely monitoring the situation in coordination with authorities.

Yesterday, several schools across Pampanga have received similar bomb threats, prompting the suspension of classes. Among the affected institutions were: Pampanga State University (PSU) - Bacolor Campus, PSU Mexico Campus, Pampanga Colleges - Macabebe, Holy Cross College Sta. Ana and Our Lady of Fatima University at City of San Fernando.

It can be recalled that Governor Rafael L. Lazatin Integrated School also experienced the bomb scare on September 17, 2025.

In addition, National University Clark reportedly received a bomb threat, as announced on its official page this morning.

As of this writing, authorities continue to investigate the source of the threat and are thoroughly inspecting the school premises to ensure the safety and security of everyone.

Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program officially rolled out at Angeles City National Trade School on September 30, 2025.

After several days of delay due to class suspensions caused by inclement weather, the ARAL Program finally began with tutorial sessions under Key Stage 3 through ARAL Reading Basic, following the assigned schedules and designated classrooms.

Grade 8 learners started their tutorial sessions at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, while Grades 7 and 9 had their first tutorials in the afternoon after their regular classes.

During the initial phase, ARAL learners reviewed foundational reading skills. All learning materials and instructions were delivered in the Filipino language, with a shift to English expected after four weeks.

The ARAL Reading Basic was designed to reintroduce fundamental reading skills using the learnersโ€™ mother tongue during the first four weeks. By the fifth week, the language of instruction will shift to English, where learners are expected to demonstrate basic reading skills in English.
