shout out to those companies that ghost applicants, do you really think that makes your company look better? We've applied to different companies recently, and all we get is the same line!!
“just wait for our email” or “we’ll call you. ”Seriously?!!!
You expect applicants to have experience, but you don’t even bother to give an update!!
You want college graduates, but you reject them because they lack experience?!!
Don’t post job openings if you have no intention of hiring anyone!
If an applicant is not accepted, just say it, send an email right away or say it after the interview. Stop giving people false hope!
Please, act like professionals too.
