Before Acolytes, Knights and Ministry of Altar Servers came. Tarcisian Adorers are the ones serving in the Parish until May 10,1987, when the Parish Priest Msgr. Pastor De Guzman organized and established Acolytes of St. Tolentino (now Rev. Reynante U. Tolentino Rector of International Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage) as the first President of Acolytes of St. Clement.
In 1993 the First Logo of Knights of the Altar was Initiated by Peter Paul Blanco and was used until 2015. In year 2002, the name Acolytes of St. Clement was change to Knights of the Altar as a response to call of the Diocese of Antipolo to have a uniformity. Under the Presidency of Jan Philip Hernandez he initiated the amendment thru its Statutes and By-Laws. In 2015 under the Presidency of AJ Christian Guadalupe a new committee emerge the Social Media Committee under the supervision of Mervill John Villanueva and change it's name in 2018 to Mass Media Committee and later on change it's name again on 2019 to Mass Communication Committee under the leadership of J. Christian G. Rogelio. Later on 2016 the logo of Knights of the Altar was improvised and added a ring with a text of 'Knights of the Altar' under the Presidency of Joshua Clement Millano. In 2018 under the Presidency of Bench Galang the logo, the vesment and the name Knights of the Altar was changed to Ministry of Altar Servers and the vestment will also change to Monastic Alb. To distinguish Altar Servers who wore sutana and look like Seminarians, which Bishop Francis De Leon told to change the vestment and the name of Knights of the Altar to Ministry of Altar Servers and Sutana to Monastic Alb. The Vicariate of St. John the Baptist discussed to the officers of the 7 parishes to change it's name and vestment as a responsed to the amendment of Bishop Francis. On November 11 2018 all members of Knights of the Altar was invested to worn Monastic Alb and aslo in that day the official name of the organization was change to Ministry of Altar Servers until today.
