Salt and black Pepper to taste
1ยฝ cups shredded Mozzarella ๐Ÿง€ Cheese
ยฝ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese ๐Ÿง€
ยผ cup Cream Cheese, softened
2 T. Mayonnaise or Sour Cream
2 T. chopped fresh Parsley (or 1 t. dried)
4 large Flour Tortillas
2 T. Melted Butter
1 t. minced Garlic (for brushing)
Optional: baby spinach, lettuce, or sliced tomatoes for extra filling

1) In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayo (or sour cream), and parsley until well combined.
2) Lay out each tortilla and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture evenly across the center. Add optional veggies if desired.
3) Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to form a wrap.
4) In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each wrap.
5) Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

2 cups (250g) tapioca flour (also called tapioca starch)
1 cup (240ml) milk
1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil or butter
1 tsp salt
1 to 1ยฝ cups (100โ€“150g) grated cheese (typically Minas cheese, or use a mix of mozzarella and Parmesan)
2 large eggs

6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1 can (6 ounces) tausi (salted black beans), drained and rinsed
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 package (1 ounce) dried banana blossoms
1 tablespoon brown sugar
salt to taste

Savory Sautรฉed Beef with Peppers
Ingredients

500g beef steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), thinly sliced
โ†’ Vegetables and Herbs
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
โ†’ Sauce and Seasonings
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup beef broth
Salt
Pepper
Recipe Instructions
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef, coat well, and marinate for at least 15 minutes. In a very hot wok or large skillet, sear the beef in the oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
