This Nutrition Month, it’s not just about food—it’s about the choices we make every day. Through a fun and insightful student interview vlog, we took a closer look at what’s inside the baon of some amazing grade 8 PHS students! 👫

From prutas at gulay to budget-friendly homemade meals, our fellow learners shared their tips and favorite healthy snacks that keep them energized and focused in class. 🥪🥑
Because being healthy doesn't have to be expensive—sometimes, it just starts with smart planning and a little love from home. 💚
