Garlic Herb Salmon with Asparagus and Potatoes

Ingredients:

For the salmon:

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- Salt and pepper to taste

For the potatoes:

- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste

For the asparagus:

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Prepare the potatoes:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

2. Prepare the salmon:

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. Prepare the asparagus:

In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté the asparagus for 3-5 minutes until tender and bright green. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Assemble the dish:

Plate the roasted potatoes, cooked salmon, and sautéed asparagus. Serve hot.

Black Velvet Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup black food coloring

Frosting:
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup blackberry jam

Garnish:
- Fresh blackberries
- Chocolate chips Bitter
- Mint Leaves

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 8-inch pans.
2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Mix buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.
4. Add boiling water and food coloring. Mix until smooth.
5. Divide batter into pans. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool.
6.Cream: Cream butter, add sugar and cocoa. Add cream and vanilla.
7. Assemble cake with layers of blackberry jam. Top with cream.
8. Garnish with blackberries, sprinkles, and mint.

Oreo Cream Cheese Cheesecake Sushi Roll 🤤

Ingredients:

• 15 Oreo cookies (crushed into crumbs)
• 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for extra cheesecake crust feel)
• 6-8 large flour tortillas or crepes (soft and pliable, to mimic sushi rice wrapping)
• Additional crushed Oreos or mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
• Optional: melted chocolate or caramel for drizzling

Tools:
• Bamboo sushi rolling mat or clean kitchen towel
• Plastic wrap

Instructions:
1. Prepare the cream cheese filling:
• In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
• Fold in about 2/3 of the crushed Oreos and graham cracker crumbs (if using) to create a thick filling.
2. Prepare the tortilla/crepe “rice”:
• Lay one flour tortilla or crepe flat on the sushi rolling mat or a piece of plastic wrap.
• Spread a thin, even layer of crushed Oreos over the surface to mimic the “rice.” Press lightly so crumbs stick but don’t tear the tortilla.
3. Add the filling:
• Spread a generous line of the cream cheese mixture along one edge of the tortilla (the edge closest to you).
4. Roll it up:
• Using the mat or plastic wrap, carefully roll the tortilla away from you, tucking the filling in tightly as you go.
• Once rolled, wrap the sushi roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Slice and serve:
• After chilling, unwrap and slice the roll into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
• Garnish with remaining crushed Oreos or mini chocolate chips.
• Optionally, drizzle melted chocolate or caramel on top.
6. Enjoy!
• Serve chilled as a fun, bite-sized dessert sushi roll.

BINAKI RECIPE / Suman Mais

Ingredients:

20 yellow sweet corn with green husk
6 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup sugar (sweet to taste)
2 cans of condensed milk
1 tsp salt
2 cups cornmeal
1 cup cornstarch

Procedures:

1. Peel off husk from corn. Rinse husk, drain well and reserve as wrapper for Binaki.

2. Using a food processor ,or(gadgaran) grate corn to remove kernels from the cob. Scrape all juices from the cob before discarding. Alternately, you can remove the kernels with a knife and purée using a food processor.

3. Combine sugar, salt, condensed milk, baking powder, melted butter and cornmeal, cornstarch in a serving bowl / basin. Mix in puréed corn and cheddar cheese.

4. Brush the inside of the reserved husk with a little melted butter. Pour about ½ cup of the corn mixture and wrap tightly. Assemble the rest of the Binaki.

5. Boil water in the steamer and Place in steamer and cook for 35- 40mins in medium heat. Set aside to cool before serving.

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Egg – Easy, Juicy & High-Protein Meal!

Ingredients:

For the steak:

• 300g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• Optional: pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika

For the eggs:
• 2 eggs (sunny side up, scrambled, or poached—your choice)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
2. Heat a skillet over high heat, then add olive oil or butter.
3. Add steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown all sides.
4. Add minced garlic in the last minute of cooking (to avoid burning) and stir until fragrant.
5. Remove steak bites and let them rest.
6. In the same skillet or a new pan, cook your eggs however you like.
7. Plate the steak bites with eggs on the side or on top. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.

Homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream 🍦💕
A creamy, indulgent ice cream featuring rich chocolate and peanut butter cups, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

• 1 gallon half-and-half 🥛
• 1 ½ cups sugar 🧂
• ½ cup light corn syrup 🍯
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 🌿
• ½ teaspoon salt 🧂
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 🍫
• 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped 🥜🍫

Directions:

Prepare the Ice Cream Base: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the half-and-half, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until it is thoroughly chilled.

Churn the Ice Cream: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Chinese Beef and Onion Stir Fry

Ingredients :

1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Procedure :

1. In a bowl, toss beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat.
3. Stir fry beef until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan.
4. Add onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan, cooking until onions are tender.
5. Return beef to the pan, stir in oyster and hoisin sauce, and toss to combine. Cook for 1 minute and serve.

Chinese Ground Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients :

1 lb ground beef
4 cups green cabbage, sliced
1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Cooked rice for serving

Directions:

1 Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
2 Cook garlic and ginger until fragrant.
3 Add beef; brown for 5–7 mins.
4 Add mushrooms; cook 3–4 mins.
5 Stir in cabbage; cook until wilted.
6 Add sauces and seasoning.
7 Stir in green onions.
8 Serve hot over rice.
