Dear myself!

Sometimes, your mind feels so crowded with thoughts that you could scream.
But when you finally want to speak up, you hesitate,

“Should I share this? What if it hurts someone?”

It’s such a simple thing, yet you hold back because deep down, you know: even if you try, no one might listen.
It’s like losing a part of yourself, piece by piece, until there’s nothing left to find.

And all you can think is… I wish he’d just listen.

But imagine how good life could be if they did.
If your thoughts weren’t met with silence, but with care. If instead of swallowing words, you could build a bridge of understanding.
What if sharing those fears, doubts, or hopes no matter how messy meant someone finally said, “I see you. I’m here."
Maybe then, the weight would lift. Maybe then, you’d stop disappearing.

Because when someone truly listens, they don’t just hear your voice.
They help you find it again.
