𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡: Pope Leo XIV has appointed Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle and San Pablo Bishop Marcelino Antonio Maralit as members of the Vatican’s Dicastery for Communication on Thursday, April 9.
The Dicastery for Communication is the Holy See’s central office responsible for overseeing Vatican media, press relations, and digital communications operations.
Bishop Maralit currently serves as President of the FABC (Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conferences). He formerly served as Chairman of the CBCP Episcopal Commission on Social Communications and now serves as its Vice Chair. He is also the Bishop of the Diocese of San Pablo, Laguna.
