Over 54,000 people across 34 countries were surveyed on trustworthiness, fees, customer service, digital tools, and financial advice.

The biggest story here is the continued rise of digital banks. GoTyme at #2 and Maya at #5 — both are banks you can open entirely on your phone, earn high interest on your savings, and use for everyday transactions.

According to Forbes, trustworthiness was the most important factor for banking customers worldwide, followed by digital services and customer service.
