ALL CLASSES WILL BE SHIFTED TO ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING
📅 Friday, July 25, 2025

As officially announced by the City Government of Antipolo, and in response to the ongoing inclement weather conditions caused by the weather disturbance, all face-to-face and synchronous classes are suspended tomorrow, Friday, July 25, 2025.

In compliance with this directive and in line with our continuity of learning plans, all classes from Preschool to Senior High School will be shifted to asynchronous learning.

✅ Important Guidelines for Students and Parents:

Students must log in to their MS Teams account and check each subject channel or class notebook for the learning activities and tasks prepared by their subject teachers.

There will be no online conferences; instead, students will complete assignments independently based on the instructions provided online.

All outputs and activities must be submitted on or before the deadline given by the teacher. These will be counted for attendance and grading purposes.

📌 Reminders:

This asynchronous setup allows us to continue learning while prioritizing everyone's safety.

If you or your child encounter any issues or challenges in accessing or completing the tasks, please contact the subject teacher or class adviser immediately.

We encourage everyone to stay safe, dry, and indoors during this weather condition.

ST. CLARE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL
Due to the continued inclement weather and in adherence to the directive issued by the City Government of Antipolo, we are implementing necessary class adjustments to ensure the safety and uninterrupted learning of our students.
🔸 All face-to-face classes in all levels (Preschool to Senior High School) will be shifted to online classes on Thursday, July 24, 2025, via MS Teams. Students are expected to attend their regular online schedule and actively participate in all synchronous sessions.
🔸 Should there be an official announcement suspending face-to-face classes on Friday, July 25, 2025, we will shift to asynchronous learning. Classwork and instructions will be uploaded by the teachers via MS Teams, and students must submit the required outputs accordingly.
📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS & CONSIDERATIONS:
1. Attendance during online classes (especially on July 24) will be checked and recorded to meet DepEd’s required number of school days per quarter.
2. By continuing classes online rather than canceling them, we avoid the need to schedule additional make-up classes later on—something that could cause greater inconvenience for both students and families, especially during weekends or holidays.
3. This arrangement is part of our responsibility to comply with the academic calendar and ensure that no instructional days are lost. It helps us maintain consistency in your child’s learning progress without compromising safety.
4. We understand that weather conditions and connectivity vary in different areas. Therefore, if your family is experiencing any hindrances such as power outages, flooding, unstable internet connection, or other emergencies, we ask that you kindly inform us politely and immediately through the class advisers or official school channels.
We assure you that the school is willing to extend considerations, as long as we are informed respectfully and in a timely manner. We recognize that only you, as parents and guardians, can best assess the situation in your area, and we trust your judgment.

Class Suspension | July 23, 2025

As officially announced by Malacañang and the Antipolo City Government, classes in all levels are suspended tomorrow, July 23, 2025, due to continuous inclement weather.

In line with this, all online classes from Preschool to Senior High School are also suspended.

We encourage our students to use this time productively by preparing their Nutrition Month costumes to be worn during the Nutrition Month Awarding and Culminating Activity.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | CLASS SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENT DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER ☔

Due to the current inclement weather, all face-to-face classes this afternoon (Preschool to High School) will be shifted to online classes.

🔹 High School students will resume their classes online at 1:30 PM to ensure they are safely home by that time.
🔹 Preschool to Grade 6 morning session will finish their classes onsite as scheduled and will be dismissed at their official dismissal time.

This adjustment allows us to continue the learning process while prioritizing everyone’s safety. 📚💻

📌 Attendance will still be checked and recorded today to avoid make-up classes and to comply with the required number of school days.

SCMS proudly congratulates all our preschool students for the successful administration and completion of the Philippine Early Childhood Development Checklist Pre-Evaluation, conducted in close collaboration with the parents, guardians, and dedicated class advisers last July 3 & 4, 2025.

This meaningful activity served as an important milestone in assessing the holistic growth and developmental progress of our little learners. It was truly heartwarming to witness the enthusiasm, confidence, and joy displayed by our young St. Clareans as they completed each part of their evaluation with pride and determination.

We are beyond grateful to our supportive and loving parents and guardians, whose active participation, guidance, and unwavering commitment played a crucial role in making this evaluation a success.
