Early Gym coz why not?

1st day pero I showed pa din.

Nawala na naman sa isip ko malapit na magkaron kasi WALANG CRAVINGS, may pimple, 1-2 lang.

Pero start June 1 nung nag Calorie Deficit ako, wala talagang PMS cravings. Nag reset yung katawan ko.
Palusot ko lang pala ito para makakain ng “chocolate, fries and everything nice” pero pwede naman palang wala.

Pag nasimulan mong ayusin ang pagkain and lifestyle, tuloy2 na yon eh.

Pasasalamatan ako ng katawan ko pagdating ng panahon at makakagalaw ako ng mas magaan.

Ikaw kelan ka ka magsisimula?
Kapag mataas na lahat at may maintenance meds ka na?

Calorie Tracking by My Fitness Pal, Chat GPT & Guestimate 🤣

Branch Visit yesterday w/ Exec kaya mejo mag track

Breakfast - Garlic Rice, Breaded Bangus, Longanisa, Scrambled egg all cooked in oil, & salted egg w/ Tomato
Lunch - Baked Salmon, Salad and 3 slice cakes shared for 5 pax
Snacks - Maja Blanca
Dinner - Protein Whey (Ito na pinili ko kasi hindi ko sure kung na hit ko ba protein intake ko sa kinain ko 🤣)

Sobrang sakit ng ulo ko din kahapon kasi 4hrs lang tulog, sanay na tayo sa 6-7hrs na dapat 7-8hrs pa. Lol

Nag gym padin ako kasi bakit hindi? 😌

Gusto mo mag tuto mag calorie deficit?
PM mo ko basta willing makinig at sumunod 😌

1. Yung hindi naman daw ako mataba, kaya hindi mahirap magpapayat.

Hello lampas 1 year na akong nag effort, at nagsayang ng pera dahil sa maling ginagawa.

Now lang mas nakita kasi TAMA na ginagawa ko.

July 2024 ako nagstart magorder ng online meal prep, 10k plus monthly, 3 months din ako nag order, pumayat w/o workout.

2. Mas lalake ka pa sakin
- galing sa malaki tyan, manginginom at yosi.

3. Ang payat mo
- galing sa mapayat na fluffy at tumataba ngayon tapos tina try mag diet pero ginagawa yung dating mali kong ginawa

4. Mas bagay sayo mataba
- Pasensya na ho, siguro kaya ko lang magdala ng kahit anong isuot ko para mas maging maayos at maganda sayo yung mataba pa ako
- pwede ding ayaw mo malamangan na mas fit na ako sayo ngayon kaya mas gusto mo yung mataba ako

5. Sana pati ugali ma build
- GALING SA TOXIC NA KAMAGANAK/FB FRIEND NA GUMAWA NG DUMMY ACCOUNT
