🍗🥣 Ultimate Cozy Crock Pot Chicken & Fluffy Dumplings 🤍🔥

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup frozen peas or mixed veggies (optional)
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (for dumplings)
Instructions:
1. Add chicken, onion, broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and pepper to the crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
3. Once tender, shred the chicken directly in the pot.
4. Cut biscuit dough into small bite-sized pieces and gently stir them in.
5. Cook on HIGH for another 45–60 minutes until dumplings are fluffy and fully cooked.
6. Add peas or veggies in the last 10 minutes if using.
7. Stir gently and serve hot and creamy.
