🍜🧄 Garlic Chicken Lo Mein 🥢🔥
Savory, saucy noodles tossed with tender chicken, crisp veggies, and bold garlic flavor—better than takeout!

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
* 8 oz lo mein noodles (or spaghetti)
* 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
* 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions)
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 2 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
Instructions:
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
6. Return chicken to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, sugar, and pepper.
7. Toss in noodles and mix well to coat.
8. Add cornstarch slurry and cook for another 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything.
9. Serve hot and garnish with extra green onions if desired.
