Teacher’s Day
As part of the preparations for the school-based Teacher's Day program on October 4th, we require individuals to manage the various booths that will be set up during the event. Given that there will be a multitude of booths, it is essential that we collaborate effectively to ensure that each booth has sufficient staffing.
Demolition Responsibility: The Youth for Environment in Schools and Organizations (YES-O) group will assume the responsibility of cleaning the event areas once the program concludes.
Action Plan
It is mandatory for all clubs to create an action plan. This action plan outlines their projects and programs throughout the school year. While it is not obligatory to create a plan every month, it but it's essential to organize activities to prevent overlaps.
We will integrate the action plan into the school implementation plan. This will help us assess whether we need funds or additional resources, which we can then communicate to the school administration. This initiative ensures that our plans are well-prepared and proactive.
We will formally request training, specifically a training series designed for club and organization presidents, in conjunction with their respective club and organization advisers.
