✅️MAJA BLANCA | Coconut Pudding🤍
Ingredients:
A
• 5 cups coconut milk
• 370ml evaporated milk
• 390g condensed milk
• 425g cream corn
• ¾ cup white sugar
B
• 1 cup water + 2 ¼ cups cornstarch [dissolve]
Methods
In the pan, combine all the ingredients in set A.
Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil over medium heat. When it boils, reduce the heat to low. Slowly pour in the cornstarch-water mixture, while stirring. Cook for about 7-8 minutes and transfer quickly to the prepared grease pan or container. Let it cool.
Slice the maja blanca as desired. Top with grated cheese.
