“Mag-review ka! Good luck sa exam bhie!”
- Mommy Oni

Mommy Oni is sharing her additional dust of luck! Kaya mag review ka na ora mismo at huwag ipagpabukas!

REMEMBER!
🧮 Math Majors:
“Sa love life man ako magkamali, huwag lang sa computation!”
Review your formulas, kasi walang forever sa partial points!

🔬 Science Majors:
“Lab life is love life — pero puro lab, walang hi love?”
Kidding aside! Don’t forget your periodic table, baka pati utak mo maging unstable!

📖 English Majors:
“Between ‘passed’ and ‘past,’ I hope I’ll pass the test.”
Grammar pa lang, may plot twist na — kaya study smart, not just hard!

🍎 BEED Students:
”Mag rereview sa general subjects with a lot of twists.”
Ihanda na ang mga flashcards, review notes, at pang-motivate sa sarili!

Good luck, future educators! Let’s prove na hindi lang tayo magaling sa chika, kundi pati sa critical thinking.

Knowledge is Power but Integrity Gives It Purpose
✍️ Jennifer D. Ave

The University of Antique once again proved its commitment to values-based education through a meaningful talk on Academic Integrity and Digital Literacy held on October 6, 2025, spearheaded by the Guidance Office for all first-year students.

The program aimed to remind students that in this age of technology and instant information, integrity remains the most important foundation of true learning.

As Mr. Apolinario Ballenas Jr., the guest speaker, emphasized, “Knowledge is power but integrity gives it purpose.”

He explained that while digital literacy allows students to access and share information with ease, integrity guides how that knowledge should be used. Mr. Ballenas also shed light on the growing challenges of plagiarism and cheating, urging students to stay truthful and responsible as both Filipino and Digital citizens.

“Success today is not about knowing the most, but about using knowledge wisely,” he reminded the students.

The event ended with an open forum and closing message from Dr. Darius E. Montaño who encouraged everyone to live out the values shared during the event. Inspired by Mr. Ballenas’ words, the students were reminded that while knowledge can open doors, it is integrity that keeps them walking the right path.

𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐋 | A Tribute Beyond the Classroom Walls
By Jennifer D. Ave

Every October 5, the world takes a moment to honor the people who build nations not with bricks or cement, but with knowledge, patience, and love — our teachers. World Teachers’ Day isn’t just a date on the calendar; it’s a heartfelt reminder of how much educators shape who we are and who we become.

Behind every confident student stands a teacher who believed in them first — who guided, encouraged, and never gave up. They are the quiet dream builders, molding minds and nurturing hearts. Yet behind every smile and success story lies a journey of sacrifice — long hours, endless patience, and the challenge of giving their best even when the world sometimes forgets to say “thank you.”

Teaching is more than a job; it’s a calling. It takes strength to keep explaining until understanding sparks, empathy to feel every learner’s struggle, and passion to keep curiosity alive. Every day, teachers go beyond what’s required — staying late to help, offering advice, or simply being the person a student can turn to.

As we celebrate World Teachers’ Day, may our gratitude go beyond words. Let’s honor them not just through posts or praises, but through action — by respecting their time, supporting their efforts, and valuing education the way they always have.

To all the teachers who keep teaching with love and leading with integrity — thank you. You remind us that the most powerful lessons in life are not written in books, but taught by heart.

Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🌍

Today, we celebrate our 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴—the mentors, guides, and everyday heroes who stand at the heart of education. They do more than teach lessons; they help shape character, nurture dreams, and give hope. In schools, our second home, they dedicate their time and energy to preparing lessons, guiding young minds, and caring for every learner’s growth.

As Paulo Freire said, “Education does not change the world. Education changes people. People change the world.” This reminds us that teachers are not only shaping learners but also the future of society itself. Their influence reaches far beyond the classroom, leaving an impact that lasts a lifetime.

Through their patience, passion, and love for teaching, they turn classrooms into places of inspiration. To all teachers, thank you for being the light that guides us toward a brighter future.
