Students gathered for an eye-opening seminar featuring two important topics; ๐๐ป๐๐ถ-๐ฆ๐ฒ๐
๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ and ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐, organized by the ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐น (SSC).
The program began with an uplifting Opening Message from Maโam Mikaela Miranda, who represented the ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ณ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ๐. Her words inspired everyone to listen, learn, and take part in meaningful conversations throughout the seminar.
The first discussion, โAnti-Sexual Harassment,โ was led by ๐ ๐ฟ๐. ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐บ๐ผ๐-๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ, who shared her knowledge about related Republic Acts and discussed how everyone can help promote safety, respect, and accountability in the school community. Her talk highlighted the importance of standing up for whatโs right and creating a culture of respect.
After her session, Mrs. Pamela Ramos-Condeno was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by Mr. Robert Salonga, Mr. Joseph Maniego, and SSC President Nadine Quiroz in recognition of her time and insights.
The second topic, โMental Health Awareness,โ was delivered by ๐ ๐. ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ . ๐๐ฒ ๐๐น๐ฎ, who talked about taking care of our mental well-being, understanding ourselves better, and managing stress both inside and outside the classroom. She reminded everyone of the value of self-care and reaching out for help when needed.
After her talk, Ms. Cherry Lou M. De Ala received a Certificate of Appreciation from Mr. Robert Salonga, Mr. Erico Alarcon, and SSC President Nadine Quiroz as a token of gratitude.
A Certificate of Recognition was also given to Mr. Jeren Josh Pangan for his dedicated service and effort in making the event successful, awarded by the SSC Officers.
The seminar became a great space for learning, reflection, and empowermentโencouraging students to be more aware, compassionate, and proactive in promoting a safe and healthy campus environment.
