Today, as we celebrate the 128th anniversary of Independence, let us remember the heroes who fought for our freedom. June 12, 1898, was the day our country became free. Their sacrifice gave us the life we have now. Freedom is not just a victory left in the past, it is also a shared responsibility that we Filipinos must fight for.

As we raise our flag, let’s contemplate how strong the impact our heroes left on the country is. Their bravery and sense of justice became a symbol of hope, inspiring generations to uphold our freedom, dignity, and love for the country. The fight for a better Philippines continues. It is now our turn. Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan, Pilipinas!

As a former CAT Officer (Batch 2019) and a revered Training Staff member of this organization, his journey embodies the core values we hold dear. This exhibition presents the commands, drills, and military procedures learned by the incoming Cadet and Cadette Officers throughout their training. Each display reflects the knowledge, skills, and discipline developed through countless hours of instruction, practice, and dedication, demonstrating their commitment to mastering the fundamentals of leadership and military courtesy.

More than a presentation of learned commands, this exhibit serves as a testament to the perseverance, teamwork, and determination of every trainee. It highlights the progress made during their C**T journey and showcases the competence and confidence they have gained as they prepare to assume greater responsibilities as future leaders.

This afternoon, the graduation of the Cadet Officer Leadership Training (C**T) unfolded on the grounds of Zamora Memorial College. After 14 days of hardships of training the cadets and cadettes has successfully graduated and proven their selves.

The ceremony showed us the unity, loyalty, discipline and leadership. Each step of the way showed the reflection of weeks of preparation. This day the chapter of their training comes to an end, but remember this is not the end, this is only the beginning.

Today, we gather to celebrate not only the completion of a training program but also the growth, perseverance, and transformation of every cadet and cadette who has embraced the challenges of the Cadet Officer Leadership Training. Through countless hours of drills, instruction, teamwork, and self-discipline, these 14 strong cadet officers and 10 smart cadette officers have demonstrated unwavering commitment to excellence and a genuine desire to lead and serve the institution.

This graduation marks the culmination of a journey filled with lessons that extend far beyond the field. It is a testament to the courage to step out of one's comfort zone, the determination to overcome obstacles, and the strength to stand alongside fellow cadets as one united corps. As they march forward into new opportunities and responsibilities, they carry with them the values of loyalty, discipline, and leadership that have been instilled throughout their training.

May this occasion serve as a reminder that leadership is not defined by rank alone, but by character, service, and the positive impact one leaves on others. Today we honor their achievements, celebrate their growth, and look ahead with confidence as they continue their journey as CAT Officers.

The entrance of the troops is more than just a simple march it is a reflection of unity, discipline, and teamwork. As each member moves in sync with one another, it shows the dedication and cooperation that have been built through training and shared experiences. Every step carries a lesson about working together, staying focused, and supporting one another toward a common goal. What makes the experience even more meaningful is the joy of entering as one group. Marching side by side creates a strong sense of camaraderie and pride, knowing that everyone is part of the same journey. It is a memorable moment that not only showcases teamwork but also strengthens the bond among the troops.
