P**o Recipe:
Dry ingredients:
2cups All purpose flour OR Cake flour
1cup white sugar
1&1/2Tbsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
2pack bear brand swack pack
Wet ingredients:
1&1/2cup water
2Tbsp melted butter
1Tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
Slice cheese for toppings

Kutsinta Recipe:
1cup cassava flour
1cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2Tsp salt
Orange food color OR anatto powder
2&1/2cups water
1Tbs Lye water
Grated cheese for toppings

❤️❤️PUTO CHEESE ALA GOLDILOCKS RECIPE❤️

Ingredients for Batter
4 cups All purpose Flour
2 cup white sugar
4 tbsp baking powder
4 small sachet 33 g powdered milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil/melted butter/margarine
3 cups water
4 small eggs or 2 large egg
Strips of Cheese

Procedure
1. Grease mould with melted butter or cooking oil.
2. In a bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix. In another bowl combine egg, evaporated milk, melted butter or vegetable oil, vanilla and water. Mix well.
3. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients. Mix until free of lumps. Pour p**o mixture about 3/4 of the mould. Arrange p**o moulds in the steamer and put strips of cheese in each p**o mixture.
4. Put cheese on top before steaming if you’re using regular cheese so it will have more time to melt a bit while
steaming. If you’re using quickmelt cheese put cheese over the p**o after it cooked and steam it for another 2 minute.
5. Cover and steam for 10- 12 minutes over low heat. Wrap lid with cotton cloth to avoid water dripping over the p**o. Let it cool before removing from the mold.

Ito Binangkal Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter (or margarine)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 piece egg
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add the all purpose flour, powdered milk and baking powder. Combine and mix well.

2. In another bowl, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter and egg. Mix until well combined.

3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Mix until well combined. Knead for a few minutes until smooth and sticky.

4. Grab a small portion of the mixture and then roll into a ball. Then, coat them with sesame seeds.

5. When fully covered by sesame seeds, roll them again in your palm to make sure that the seeds will not fall.

Do these steps with the rest of the ingredients.

Heat a lot of oil in a pan.
Deep fry the binangkal balls until golden brown.
Transfer them to a strainer or paper towel to drain excess oil.
Transfer the binangkal to a serving plate.
Enjoy this with your favorite afternoon tea or coffee. Yummy!
