Clubs and Organizations' orientation with OSAS, attended by all the student leaders of each clubs, the assemblee was informed of the rules and policies each must follow and integrate. Executive Director Dr. Edwin Bugna and OSAS Coordinator Dr. Anelia B. Bascos held the orientation discussing the relationship of the clubs to the University's green reputation.

The Technopacer launched its hiring last September 9, 2023, and was met by multiple applicants seeking to be a part of the team. We are happy to inform that Technopacer has finally selected our new official members for the first semester of AY 2023–2024.

These individuals definitely brought out their heart and soul for writing, capturing moments in pictures, and designing with endless creativity.

Clean As You Go," is not just a subtle suggestion, it's a profound agreement, an etiquette to be followed and be emblazoned in all of us as a student of CHMSU.

Each day in our school's canteen, we observe a recurring scenario: students hastily procuring a brief meal break between classes, indulging in their appetizing selections, and regrettably, departing without properly attending to the used plates, utensils, and trays, thereby leaving a disordered environment behind. Maintaining a clean facility is a must. It is an etiquette that we must follow.

Consider some comments about the people who have experienced this situation in our canteen:

"It's very hard to keep up sometimes especially if it gets crowded", a canteen employee bemoaned while asked about her opinion about the plates being left behind.

So where does CLAYGO take a position in this situation?

Practicing CLAYGO is about being considerate of others. The canteen staff works hard to serve us with tasty meals, and their job becomes much more challenging when they have to chase down missing dishes instead of focusing on their primary tasks. They,too, want their jobs to be as efficient as possible to give good service.

" Nagutom na kami tapos mahimos pakami ka kinan-an nga nabilin sang iban ", pleasingly ranted by a freshman who was carrying multiple bags and was obviously very hungry.

One person's negligence can set off a domino effect. When one student leaves their used utensils behind, it encourages others to follow suit, thinking it's an acceptable behavior. This behavior contributes to a messy and unsanitary canteen environment that affects us all.
It also gives inconvenience to the other students who would also eat.

So, what can we do to address this issue? It's simple—take responsibility for our actions. If you borrow plates and utensils, make sure to return them to their designated bins or areas.
They are located inside the canteen, near the sink.
If you see someone leaving their dishes behind, kindly remind them of their responsibility. Let's create a culture of accountability in our canteen.

𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬|
CHMSU President Dr. Norberto P. Mangulabnan was one of the 36 signatories from the United Statement of the SUCs calling for the augmentation of the allocations for State Universities and Colleges. Suffering up to Php 6,155,499,000 budget decrease, largely of these cuts were focused on a capital expenditure including facilities, equipments, and other investment fundamental for a better quality of education and accessibility, the SUCs made an initiative to unite and call on for a greater budget for the rights of almost 2.1 million iskolar ng bayan to a free and quality education.

Uncontained energy swept the floor earlier inside of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University -Alijis campus, the loud applauds of students echoed from every corner of the University as they cheered from excitement mixed with laughter, it continued from the gymnasium to the Alijis football field where they celebrated the last day of the FOSTER week, officially welcoming them into the University.

Earlier's event was a combination of yelling competition and a runway for the best dressed freshies. The gym was loud and enthusiastic as each colleges chant for each of their own—jumping lightly, clapping their hands up and down, and mimicking famous cartoon opening songs.
Later, the search for the best dressed freshmen started.
