The Land Transportation Office - Bacolod District Office (LTO BCDO) headed by Chief Renato S. Novero, in partnership with Barangay Mansilingan headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Franz Hughanne R. Tionko, will be conducting a Motorcycle & Tricycle Plate Distribution event!

📍 Venue: Barangay Mansilingan Hall, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
📅 Date: Thursday, October 23, 2025
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

✅ Open to both registered and unregistered motorcycles/tricycles
✅ Walk-ins accepted
