Based on the PAGASA's Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 13 issued at 8PM, July 17, 2025 and upon recommendation of our City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO), Mayor Greg Gasataya declares the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools in Bacolod City pursuant to Executive Order Number 17, Series of 2025.

Private schools with asynchronous and online classes may continue at the discretion of their school administration.

Ito ang bagong patakaran na tungkol sa cut-off age ng mga bata na mageenrol sa kindergarten. Dahil dito, mas mapapadali ang pagpasok ng mga bata sa paaralan na may birthday mula Nobyembre 1 hanggang Disyembre 31.

𝟮. 𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝘁-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻?
Dapat ang bata ay nasa limang (5) taong gulang sa Oktubre o bago ang Oktubre 31 ng school year upang matanggap sa Kindergarten.

𝟯. 𝗣𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟭 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟯𝟭?
Maaaring tanggapin kung pasado sa alinman sa dalawang kondisyon sa ibaba:

A. Nakatapos ang bata ng isang (1) school year ng Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program mula sa:
- Pampubliko o pribadong Child Development Centers (CDCs)
- Learning Centers na may permit o recognition

Certificate of Completion o Certificate of Attendance mula sa naturang center.

B. Ang bata ay kailangang sumailalim sa Philippine Early Childhood Development (ECD) Checklist assessment na isasagawa ng paaralan.
