God won’t multiply what you mismanage. Sometimes we ask Him for more, more opportunities, more income, more influence, more love, without taking an honest look at how we’re stewarding what’s already in our hands. We pray for overflow while neglecting obedience. We ask for bigger doors while ignoring the small assignments. But God is not just concerned with giving, He is concerned with growing you into someone who can carry what you’re asking for.
As much as you pray for answered prayers, pray for the wisdom to handle His blessings accordingly. Pray for discipline before increase. Pray for character before visibility. Pray for humility before promotion. Because the very blessing you’re asking for could become a burden if your heart is not prepared. God’s favor is not just about access, it is about alignment.
So don’t just ask Him to expand your territory. Ask Him to expand your capacity. Ask Him to teach you stewardship, patience, and discernment. The right blessing at the wrong level of maturity can break you, but the right blessing in prepared hands will build you. May we become faithful in the little, so when He multiplies, we are ready.
