Today, I was completely surprised by my Einspanner coffee drink at KR.8 Studio and Cafe in Bacolod City! This unique beverage, recommended by my knowledgeable barista, is a classic Viennese coffee that dates back to the 19th century. It features two shots of espresso topped with a generous amount of sweetened whipped cream, creating a delightful contrast of flavors and temperatures. After tasting it for the first time, I couldn't be happier with my choice!⁣

After enjoying this unique brew, I had a chat with co-owner Christopher about all things coffee, cacao, and vanilla. It was a great experience that deepened my appreciation for these flavors!⁣

Finding unique coffee drinks is something I enjoy, and the Einspanner was a delightful addition to my coffee adventure. If you're in the area, make time to visit this cozy cafe located on the 2nd floor of the Sitari Condo building. I highly recommend trying this classic drink, you won't regret it!

The team did an incredible job as they went through a thorough inspection and made sure that everything is in top-notch condition. My bike now runs smoother than ever, ready for the next adventures!⁣
