To me, life is meaningless when all we do each day is going to work then coming back home and repeating the same thing every day. It feels like there's nothing to look forward to anymore, but at the same time, I feel like it's not a bad thing living a simple life. Although it can be a little dull, there's nothing wrong performing your duty then coming back home to see your happy healthy family waiting for you to have dinner together.

Sometimes it's just enough, a stable job, a good peace of mind, and a healthy family. Not too much. Not too little. Just peaceful and happy.

Find someone that will accept you no matter what๐Ÿ’

Find someone who's Real.

Find someone who wants to authentically learn who you are as a person.

Find someone who lets you know from the very beginning, if they have genuine intentions.

Find someone who isnt just a " lover ", but a friend, a partner, a mentor, someone who you can come to when life is so hard, and you feel like giving up and they are there to pick you back up on your feet.

Find someone who respects you and your children.

Find someone who shows you the definition of effort.

Find someone who takes a day off work when you're sick to make sure you're taken care of.

Find someone who motivates you to do better in life because relationships are more than just falling in love. It's about inspiring each other to become better versions of yourselves day in and day out.

Find someone who is patient with you and are guided by morals and reasoning.

Find someone not only to love, but someone to grow with, learn from and to share new experiences with.

Find someone who's willing to understand you.

Find someone who admits when they are wrong.

Find someone who understands it's not about giving you the world, it's about making you feel like you're the only one in it.

Take my advice and wait for someone who touches your heart in ways you never thought were imaginable.

You can buy fancy stuff on credit, and appear rich.

But if you don't take care of your body, sickness will show itself in various ways.
You can't hide it.

I'm not a doctor.
These are just my personal observations based on the thousands of sick people that I pray for...

6 Most Common Mistakes We Make In NOT Being Healthy

1. We think we can get by with shorter than 6 hours sleep. Most people can't. Our bodies and brain need that repair and cleansing time.

Tip: Get at least 7 Hours of sleep.

2. Many times, we are in a constant state of dehydration. Most just don't drink enough water.

Tip: Have a jug of water beside you all time.

3. Most people don't get enough Sunlight, causing our bones to weaken, our sleep to suffer, etc.

Tip: Go outdoors and pray while walking! Speaking of which....

4. Most people don't walk enough. We sit down too much.

Tip: Set an alarm every 45 minutes of sitting, and stand up, stretch, walk, jump...

5. People lack resistance exercises, and in our old age, we suffer because our muscles atrophy.

Tip: You can start with "wall pushups" and keep adding frequency...

6. We eat too much sugar and processed food.

Tip: Stop all sugary drinks! And in your meals, make half of your plate veggies.
