As the culmination of the elements embodying Kabuhì, Manamit, and Hinumdum—slowly revealed in the past days—everything now converges into Mass-Kasingkasing, the heartbeat of Bacolod.

This grand finale serves as the ultimate expression of the Bacolodnon spirit: the hope that drives the City of Smiles and the Spirit of MassKara that binds its people together.

The unveiling of the MassKara Festival 2025 Logo becomes the city’s living signature—a smile that endures, a heart that beats with pride, and a culture that shines with hope.

This is also in line with the direction of Mayor Greg Gasataya, whose GUGMA agenda inspired the formation of the Bacolod Gugma Foundation Inc. It is through this vision of “GUGMA” that the festival strengthens its identity—anchored in love, unity, and the enduring spirit of the Bacolodnon.
