Pursuant to Executive Order No. 76, Series of 2025, classes in ALL LEVELS in public and private schools in Bacolod City are SUSPENDED tomorrow, December 5, 2025, upon the recommendation of the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) due to the Yellow Heavy Rainfall Warning issued by the DOST-PAGASA for Bacolod City in relation to Tropical Depression Wilma.

Schools are encouraged to shift to modular distance learning performance tasks and projects to ensure that learning competencies are met.

Furthermore, the Bacolod Emergency Operations Center has been placed under Red Alert Status to ensure heightened monitoring, rapid response, and coordinated action among all concerned agencies.

Top 1-10 for any board exams this 2025!

The requirements to be eligible for the benefit of this ordinance shall be the following:

1. He/she must be born in Bacolod City;
2. He/she must have been a graduate from secondary school in a school situated in Bacolod City.
3. Either he/she or his/her parents is a registered voter of Bacolod City:
