One of the most unusual places we've visited in Metro Manila was the ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐š ๐€๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ง ๐‚๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Œ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ฅ. It was actually recommended to us by a friend, and we're glad we took the time to visit.

To be honest, I rarely, if ever, see any of my friends visit this place. Yet it's one of those ๐ก๐ข๐๐๐ž๐ง ๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ž to enter with a valid government-issued ID.

The cemetery honors thousands of ๐€๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ง ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐จ ๐’๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ ๐ ๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐–๐š๐ซ ๐ˆ๐ˆ. Walking through its beautifully maintained grounds almost feels like stepping into a ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ž๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐š ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ, as it is owned and maintained by the United States government through the American Battle Monuments Commission.

What impressed us most was the ๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐š๐ญ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž. It's quiet, beautifully kept, and unlike any other place we've visited in Manila.

We happened to be around the area one day and remembered we've been wanting to try Chino's WOK 6100 for the longest time. Since we were already nearby, we finally decided to give it a try.

The restaurant has a small dining area, so it can fill up pretty quickly during peak hours. Also, take note that their menu is displayed on the wall behind the counter, so you can browse the available dishes before placing your order.

LANAI by FreshStart, one of our favorite restos here in ๐๐š๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐! We visited the place while back, and I was impressed by how beautiful the entire place is. ๐ŸŒฟโœจ

It's a really an ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž place, lalo na kapag gabi. Sobrang ganda ng look at feel ng place! The inside is gorgeous with its wooden ceiling and cozy, warm lighting. They also offer an alfresco dining setup outside.

We ordered several dishes to share, and you can really tell they ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ณ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก, ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ. Look how high quality and fresh the food is! (Swipe left to see some photos we took! ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ“ธ)

For the quality of the food and how beautiful the place is, the prices are very decent and totally worth it.
