Suno sa inisyal nga impormasyon, may ginaguntingan nga estudyante ang biktima sang gulpyada lang may nagsulod nga armado nga lalaki sa iya balay kag hinali nalang siya ng ginluthang. Nakapalagyo man ang suspetsado angkas sang motorsiklo nga namaneho sang isa man ka persona. May tatlo ka empty shells ang nakit-an sa crime scene.

Suno sa isa ka eyewitness, nagasuksok sang itom nga jacket, facemask, kag kalo ang suspetsado.

Padayon ang imbestigasyon sang kapulisan sa krimen nga natabo para mahibaluan ang rason kag makilal-an ang mga suspetsado.

NEWS UPDATE: Sen. Erwin Tulfo requested someone to go to Sen. Padilla's Office to inquire if he will accompany the '18 ex-marines' to the blue ribbon hearing to conduct the hearing smoothly.

"Just to put on record para ika nga mas maayos po. Dahil while we're conducting this hearing ongoing din po ang kanilang press conference po doon sa taas. So, might as well, mabuti pong bumaba nalang po sila dito para ika nga mailahad nila 'yong gusto nilang sabihin, matanong po natin sila [ng] maayos unlike po ritong puro press conference po sila." Sen. Erwin Tulfo said.

"To invite or to asked Senator Robin Padilla if they are still interested coming down here sa blue ribbon na hearing po natin para malinaw po. On record lahat at hindi po 'yong bisita po ni Sen. Robin Padilla na labing-walong bodyguards na 'yon at si Atty. Baligod sa 5th floor nagbibigay po ng press conference ang nagtatanong laman po ang media, eh, nandito po tayong lahat gusto po natin silang matanong at marinig. Ito po siguro ang tamang venue na ika nga magpahayag sila. he added.
